Sticker only orders are shipped by letter envelope.
Orders that include prints and/or charms, pins, and other items will come in a rigid mailer.

- We ship out of Los Angeles, California. We can ship internationally, except for any current postal restrictions.
- How long does it take to ship my order?
- Everything is shipped out directly from us (not from a manufacturer, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE in the description) Due to the pandemic, we limit leaving out the house, and we will send out orders every Monday.
- Please remember that shipping may take longer due to the pandemic and that this is out of my control, and we ask that you be patient once a package has shipped.
- My package is missing / I have shipping issues / something is wrong with my order

- Do you plan on selling at cons?
- Yes! (Of course, in the future once cons can safely run again.) We can potentially sell at Further Confusion, Biggest Little Fur Con, and hopefully more.
According to the manufacturer, all vinyl stickers (WITH EXCEPTION FOR ANY "KRAFT" BROWN PAPER STICKERS) are weatherproof + waterproof, UV resistant, and safe for outdoors use and even in the dishwasher (like if it's on a reusable waterbottle!), and PVC free.
All acrylic charms/keychains AND pins will come with a protective film. PLEASE remember to remove it - or else your charm will have cloudy/scratchy appearance!a
